• Der Verein gemäss den Bestimmungen der Art. 60 ff. des Schweizerischen Zivilgesetzbuches hat seinen Sitz in Brienz.
   
• Der Verein ist als gemeinnützige Institution mit Sitz in Brienz seit 01.01.03 steuerbefreit. Steuerpflichtige im Kanton Bern können daher gemäss Wegleitung zur Steuererklärung Spenden als Abzug geltend machen. Zur Zeit ist der Verein in keinem anderen Kanton als steuerbefreite Institution eingetragen. Erkundigen Sie sich im Zweifelsfall bei Ihrem Steueramt.

• The association is based and registered in Brienz, Switzerland and governed by Swiss law.
   
• The association, located in Brienz, is tax-exempt as a charitable institution in Switzerland since 01.01.03. Tax payers in the Canton of Bern can deduct donations according to the rules given in the tax payer's instructions. Currently the association is not registered as tax-exempt in other cantons. If in doubt, ask your tax authority.
